Ruff Foundations

Ruff Starters (Basic Obedience) group class- Learn the basics of dog body language, minor problem solving for things such as chewing and jumping, impulse control games ("its yer choice" games), engagement, sit, down/settle, leave-it, beginning stages of stay and loose-leash walking, and more!! Classes have a limit of 5 dogs per class to ensure each dog gets ample attention.
Ruff Achievers- Learn to add distractions and add more distance. We may bring dogs closer together and ensure that they understand that in harder environments, the results should be the same. This is helpful in giving owners the tools for maintaining engagement in harder environments. Learn from games such as the "cookie jar of fire" (not fire involved, just rewards they think are "fire"), start adding turns and directional changes to loose-leash walking, and more!
2 Private Lessons- Get one-on-one training with certified trainer, Amy. Private lessons are 1 hr long at Amy's facility and can cover a wide range of problem behaviors, or simply help you increase your execution of obedience cues.
